Our buddy Tig has a drug and alcohol problem and has no delusions about it. When not spending time at the local pub he occupies himself with any number of little schemes which serve to fund his habits, most of them he calls "victimless crimes" but that is up for debate. For the most part he's just a happy, fun loving, harmless layabout.
